Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deputy Finance Manager to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting financial management, planning, and reporting activities across the organisation. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong leadership qualities and a solid background in financial services to contribute to strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

Duties

Assist in overseeing the organisation’s financial management, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations
Support the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets with accuracy and timeliness
Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping
Contribute to financial planning activities, including forecasting, cost control, and analysing variances
Lead initiatives to improve financial processes and optimise resource utilisation
Collaborate with internal teams to develop financial strategies aligned with organisational goals
Supervise junior finance staff, providing guidance and mentorship to foster professional development
Ensure adherence to internal controls and audit requirements during all financial operations
