About the Role

The Diplomatic Insight Media Ltd operates within the media publishing, international affairs content, editorial coordination, research support, and digital communications sector. We are seeking an Editorial Operations Manager to oversee daily editorial workflows, coordinate content production, and support reliable publishing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage editorial operations, content schedules, and publishing workflows
Coordinate with writers, editors, researchers, designers, vendors, and internal teams
Monitor editorial timelines, content quality, documentation, and production updates
Support research coordination, article planning, and publication preparation
Prepare reports, meeting notes, content calendars, and operational summaries
Assist with process improvements to strengthen publishing efficiency and accuracy
Ensure editorial activities follow company procedures, deadlines, and quality standards

What We Are Looking For

Experience

Experience in editorial operations, media production, publishing, communications, research coordination, content management, or digital media
Previous team coordination or supervisory experience is preferred
Experience working with writers, editors, researchers, clients, or digital publishing platforms is an advantage

Skills

Editorial operations management
Content planning and publishing coordination
Research and documentation support
Team coordination and workflow planning
Reporting, scheduling, and process improvement
Strong organisation, communication, and attention to detail

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, International Relations, Media Studies, Publishing, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Professional certifications in editorial management, digital publishing, project management, communications, or content strategy are an advantage

Pay: £40,000.00-£66,000.00 per year
