We're looking for a Senior Digital Construction Manager to join our regional Build Team based in Southampton.
Location: Southampton, Hampshire
Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

As a Senior Digital Construction Manager, you'll play a vital role in driving digital excellence across our construction projects. You'll enable teams to harness the right tools and technologies, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently from inception through to completion. What will you be responsible for?
As a Senior Digital Construction Manager, you'll be working within the Digital Team, supporting them in enabling the use of appropriate tools and technologies to enhance project delivery whilst managing and mentoring the digital project team. Your day to day will include:
- Supporting and auditing project teams to ensure standards, methods and procedures are followed using specified software and workflows
- Ensuring Exchange Information Requirements and Asset Information Requirements are responded to and delivered across relevant projects
- Promoting digital strategies across the business and providing feedback to ensure progress and commitment to documentation
- Collating monthly reports to identify and measure digital implementation within the business unit and across projects
- Mentoring and developing team members to build digital capability across the organisation
What are we looking for?
This role of Senior Digital Construction Manager is great for you if:
- You have proven experience in preconstruction and tender stage BIM delivery
- You possess a strong understanding of digital workflows, model-based estimating and early-stage coordination
- You can influence and support strategic decision-making through data and visualisation
- You have a collaborative mindset and enjoy working across disciplines and regions, with significant management experience
- You hold a BIM Project Information Practitioner Qualification (desirable)
