Behind everything we do is a brilliant team of people, and as we continue to grow, we're looking for a TA Coordinator to help us find, welcome and support the next generation of PF&Hers.
We're growing fast, which means things move quickly around here. Our roles will evolve over time, and while the key responsibilities are outlined below, there may be changes as we grow. What You’ll Do
- Help us find great people to join the growing PF&H team
- Proactively search for talented candidates and build relationships with potential future hires
- Review applications, screen candidates and support the recruitment process
- Coordinate interviews and assessments, making sure candidates have a smooth and positive experience from start to finish
- Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process
- Help create an onboarding experience that gets new hires genuinely excited about joining PF&H
- Coordinate contracts, paperwork and pre-start admin
- Deliver HR inductions and help new starters get set up and ready to hit the ground running
- Check in with new team members during their first few months and support them as they settle into life at PF&H
- Maintain accurate employee records and support day-to-day HR administration
- Partner with the HR Manager on a variety of people projects and initiatives
- Look for ways to make our recruitment, onboarding and people processes even better

Nice To Have
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR or a people-focused role.
- A background in sport and a genuine passion for the communities we support.
- Being a keen athlete or a fan of endurance sports would be helpful (as you’ll already understand our audience) but it’s definitely not essential!

Other Info
Our HQ is just outside Christchurch (BH23 7DX) on the south coast. We’d love for you to be onsite at least four days a week, it’s where a lot of the magic happens!
