About the Role

Dani Organics USA is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Control Assistant to join our growing team based in Hersden, Canterbury.

This role is ideal for someone with previous food industry experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of quality, compliance, and food safety requirements.

As we operate primarily with the US market, flexibility is required as working hours will not follow a standard UK schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain product specifications and quality documentation.
Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and customer technical documents.
Coordinate product samples and laboratory testing.
Maintain supplier and customer compliance records.
Complete questionnaires, declarations, and technical documentation.
Support quality investigations and customer enquiries.
Assist with audits, certifications, and continuous improvement activities.
Ensure all quality records are accurate, organised, and up to date.

Essential Requirements

Previous experience within the food manufacturing, food ingredients, or food distribution industry.
Experience working in a Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Technical, or Compliance role.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
