About the Role
Working as part of the Transport Department your role as Forklift Truck driver will be responsible for product intake, customer despatch and yard areas.
The role includes timely delivery of produce and consumables from the warehouse/stores to the production lines, collecting and loading vehicles in line with delivery and customer requirements.
Ensuring vehicles are unloaded safely and stock put away in a safe and timely manner, maintaining the highest standard of housekeeping in the yard areas and cleaning trays and dolavs using a cleaning machine.
This is a semi-physical role which involves a large proportion of manual handling / labouring activities for the duration of your shift.
FLT Licence is essential.

You will be a great team player, flexible, reliable, hardworking and have a “can do” attitude working with your team, committed to providing excellence in all aspects.
You must be able to work under pressure and to strict production and delivery deadlines.
In addition, you must be flexible, this role will require you to work safely over a number of different operations, processes and start times.
Full training will be provided on all equipment.
Basic English is essential.
