About the Role
Harvest & Green is looking for a Chocolate Manager to lead and grow the chocolate side of the business. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role combining retail management, product curation, and business development.
You will take ownership of our chocolate offering across retail and corporate channels, working with premium Scottish and international chocolatiers while driving sales, partnerships, and overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
Retail & Shop Management
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the chocolate retail offering
- Maintain high standards of presentation, merchandising, and stock control
- Deliver excellent customer service and lead by example on the shop floor
Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales growth across retail, corporate, and seasonal opportunities
- Develop and manage relationships with hotels, venues, and corporate clients
- Lead on bespoke chocolate offerings including gift boxes and event packages
Product & Brand Curation
- Source and curate a premium selection of chocolates from leading chocolatiers
- Manage product range, pricing, and seasonal collections
- Ensure all products align with Harvest & Green’s brand and quality standards
Operations & Performance
- Monitor sales performance and implement improvements
- Manage ordering, stock levels, and supplier relationships
- Ensure accurate reporting and strong operational discipline
About You
Previous experience in retail management, hospitality, or luxury food
Strong commercial awareness with a focus on sales and results
Confident in client-facing and relationship-building environments
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently
Passion for premium food, gifting, or chocolate is highly desirable
