McEwan Fraser Legal is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Partner to join its award-winning legal team in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity for a Scottish-qualified solicitor with at least three years’ post-qualification experience but ideally with 5 years in residential and or commercial conveyancing who is ready to take on a leadership role within one of Scotland’s leading solicitor estate agency firms based at our Head Office in Edinburgh.
The successful candidate will manage a small conveyancing caseload while leading and developing a team of solicitors, trainee solicitors, paralegals and legal assistants. The role involves driving exceptional client service, maintaining high technical and regulatory standards, mentoring and developing staff, and contributing to the firm’s continued growth and strategic direction.
Applicants should have strong technical knowledge of Scottish residential conveyancing, excellent leadership and communication skills, a commercial mindset, and a passion for delivering outstanding client service.
Remuneration : Competitive, depending on experience
