Warehouse & Operations Supervisor
Location: Grangemouth
Salary: £30,000 - £34,000
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-5:00pm (1 hour unpaid breaks)
About Enviroclean
Enviroclean is a growing national supplier of cleaning, hygiene, washroom, PPE and janitorial products, supporting customers across healthcare, facilities management, homecare and commercial sectors.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a hands-on Warehouse & Operations Supervisor to take ownership of our warehouse operation and lead from the front.
Everything we do starts with our customers. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding service, and our warehouse plays a vital role in ensuring customers receive the right products, at the right time, every time.
This is not a desk-based management role.
We’re looking for someone who is happy driving a forklift one minute, picking customer orders the next and leading the team to ensure the day’s work gets completed accurately, efficiently and on time.
If you’re someone who enjoys solving problems with a can-do attitude, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in getting the job done right, we’d like to hear from you.
The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring customer orders are dispatched accurately and on time while maintaining high standards of organisation, stock control, goods in and customer service.
You will lead a small team, manage daily priorities and ensure operational KPIs are achieved.
This role requires someone who takes ownership, remains calm under pressure and is prepared to roll up their sleeves and work alongside the team every day.
At Enviroclean we live by our FAST values:
Friendly – We treat one another with respect and positivity.
Attention to Detail – We work with care and accuracy, taking pride in doing the job properly.
Speed – We work efficiently and respond quickly without compromising quality.
Trust – We act with honesty, integrity and accountability, doing what we say we'll do.
These aren't just words on a wall—they're the standards we expect from every member of the team, every day.
