As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Customer Success Manager to help our customers maximise the value of the triSaaS platform while building long-term strategic relationships.
The Role
This is not a traditional account management role.
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll become a trusted advisor to a portfolio of hospitality customers, helping them improve their operational performance through technology.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to understand their business objectives, demonstrate best practice, introduce new platform capabilities and identify opportunities to expand the use of the triSaaS product suite.
A significant focus of the role will be supporting the continued growth of Purchase Warrior, our award-winning Purchase-to-Pay platform, helping customers optimise procurement, supplier management, stock control and purchasing visibility.
You'll also play an important role in shaping the future of our products by gathering customer feedback and working closely with our Product team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of strategic customer accounts.
- Become the trusted advisor for customers across the triSaaS platform suite.
- Deliver regular business reviews and success planning meetings.
- Help customers maximise the value of Purchase Warrior, Rota King, Logit and eSource Wizard.
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and modules where they add genuine value.
- Promote new product features and platform enhancements.
- Support customers in improving procurement, operational efficiency and reporting.
- Gather customer feedback and work closely with our Product team to influence future development.
- Collaborate with our Onboarding, Support, Product and Commercial teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, account plans and customer success metrics.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who understands hospitality operations and enjoys working with customers.
You'll ideally have experience as a:
- General Manager
- Area Manager
- Operations Manager
- Procurement Manager
- Multi-site Operations Manager
- Regional Manager
- Or another senior operational role within hospitality.
Essential
- Minimum two years' management experience within hospitality or another multi-site operational environment.
- Practical experience with one or more of the following:
- Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) Procurement
- Stock & Inventory Management
- Recipe/Menu Management
- CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management)
- Strong understanding of hospitality operations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities that deliver value for customers.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident presenting to senior decision-makers.
Desirable
Experience using platforms such as:
- Fourth
- Procure Wizard
- Access Procure Wizard
- BirchStreet
- MarketMan
- Procure4
- Acquire
- FiiX
- ServiceChannel
- MRI
- Or similar hospitality operational systems.
Previous SaaS or Customer Success experience is welcome but not essential.
