About Us
Blue Casa Ltd (incorporating Blue Canyon and Casa & Casa) is a leading premium UK wholesale supplier of commercial homewares and bathroom accessories. We manage a fast-paced, high-volume supply chain, supplying everyone from regional hotel clusters and commercial buyers to public procurement frameworks. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales & Operations Administrator to join our central office team.
The Role
You will be the vital heartbeat of our daily operations—acting as the primary bridge between the sales office, the accounts department, and the warehouse floor. If you are someone who loves keeping things moving, solving problems, and managing a varied daily workload, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Order & System Management: Enter, process, and track sales orders from start to finish using our central ERP software.
- Customer Support: Act as the first point of contact for customer queries, managing order amendments, and resolving helpdesk tickets promptly.
- Accounts & Credit Control: Take ownership of uploading incoming invoices to the system, reconciling accounts, and confidently chasing down overdue invoices to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Warehouse Coordination: Act as the daily liaison between the office and the warehouse team. You will manage the workflow of orders passing to the warehouse, ensuring urgent dispatch requests are prioritised and stock queries are resolved quickly.
- Workflow Management: Ensure a seamless operational flow, preventing bottlenecks between sales creation and physical warehouse dispatch.
About You
- Experienced: You have previous experience in a busy office administration, sales support, or operations coordination role.
- Confident Communicator: You have a professional and confident telephone manner, especially when handling credit control (chasing invoices) or resolving customer issues.
- Tech-Savvy: You are highly comfortable learning new software and navigating ERP/CRM systems. Full training on our internal systems will be provided.
- Highly Organised: You excel at multitasking. You can seamlessly switch between processing an order, answering a warehouse stock query, and uploading an invoice.
- Team Player: You know how to communicate effectively with both desk-based office staff and fast-paced warehouse operatives.
Benefits
- £13.50 per hour
- Great working hours with an early finish on Fridays
- 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
