Reporting to: Warehouse & Installations Team Leader
We are seeking a hands-on and motivated Senior Warehouse Assistant & Furniture Installer to join our Workplace Design Support team. This is a varied role combining warehouse operations, logistics, and on-site furniture installation.
You will play a key part in ensuring goods are received, prepared, delivered, and installed to the highest standard—helping create functional and high-quality workspaces for our clients.

Manage goods inwards and outwards, including checking deliveries against orders

Unload supplier and company vehicles both at the warehouse and on-site

Inspect goods for damage and ensure correct quantities are received

Prepare and organise furniture and accessories for delivery

Deliver goods to client sites and distribute to designated areas

Assemble and install furniture, including custom and specialist items

Install wall-mounted acoustic panels and suspended ceiling panels

Carry out adjustments and customisation to meet client specifications

Lead smaller installation projects and support smooth on-site operations

Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems as they arise

Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to health & safety protocols and PPE use

Ensure high standards of housekeeping both in the warehouse and on-site

Remove and recycle packaging materials responsibly

Maintain company vehicles

Experience in warehouse operations, furniture installation, or a similar hands-on role

Good manual dexterity and ability to use hand tools confidently
