Pilates Instructor
Mini Professionals Dance Academy (MPDA) is one of Oxfordshire’s leading dance schools, with studios in the heart of Kidlington and additional venues across Bicester and Abingdon. Alongside our thriving children’s dance programmes, we also offer a growing range of Adult Dance & Fitness classes within our welcoming studio community.
We are currently looking for a passionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Pilates Instructor to join our friendly and welcoming team! We also have flexibility with hours and are happy to work around the right instructor’s schedule.
Available Teaching Hours:
- Tuesday evenings
- Saturday mornings/daytime
There is potential for additional classes and hours as the academy continues to grow.
About the Role
You’ll be teaching Pilates classes to our adult clients within our beautiful studio spaces in Kidlington.
We welcome instructors who can confidently teach a range of abilities, from complete beginners through to more experienced clients, whilst creating a positive and encouraging class environment. Whether you are looking for a couple of regular classes or hoping to build more hours over time, we would love to hear from you.

- A skilled and confident Pilates Instructor
- Passion for working with adult clients of all abilities
- A positive, energetic, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and people skills
- Someone who enjoys being part of a friendly and collaborative team
Requirements
- Pilates certification is essential
- Minimum 1 year teaching experience (preferred)
