The ideal candidate will have previous experience in professional services reception roles.
- To consistently provide clients with an excellent and professional service, via all channels of communication; phone, email and in-person
- To greet every clients with a warm and friendly manner and to clearly communicate our services, processes, and procedures
- To respond to telephone calls within a timely manner in line with business expectations and goals and consistently provide an excellent standard of service to all clients.
- To ensure the reception area, desks, waiting rooms and meeting rooms are maintained to a good standard
- To action all reception admin duties to an excellent standard
- To take client payments ensuring accuracy
- To observe confidentiality in all matters both ensure compliance and GDPR
- To receive and check documentation and ID inline with regulations
- To receive and sort incoming post promptly
Person Specification/Skills
- Professional and friendly personality
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritise and make sound decisions
- Experience working with IT systems such as Excel, Outlook and experience with case management system is desired, but not essential
- Professional image for customer facing role
Working Pattern
The role is permanent and part-time, 27.5 hours per week across 5 days.
Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday, 12.30pm to 5.30pm and Wednesday 9am to 5.30pm.
There is no weekend working.
