Oxford Stone Craftsmanship are based in Oxford and we complete a range of stone projects for clients from kitchen work surfaces to vanity surfaces and cladding. Established since 2010, and looking to expand our friendly and professional team, this is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and keen to learn trainee to join our team.
The Role
We are looking for a trainee stonemason to join our team. You will be taught a wide range of skills and gain experience in all areas of the business. You will be working in a positive, friendly and supportive environment with a great team.
Key Responsibilities
- Learning to read and interpret digital drawings
- Learning to fabricate and finish stone surfaces (using power tools and hand held tools)
- Learning to use edge polisher and wet polishers
- Learning mitring skills
- Working to support the team and keeping a clean and organised environment
- Gaining experience of installation and assisting the installation teams
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.00 pm
Overtime may be required (overtime on Saturdays optional)
Salary
Salary will be dependant on experience and would be discussed at the interview stage.

Pay: £21,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
