Salary: £36,500 plus travel expenses
Job will be dependent on passing site security clearances (Live in available)

Job Description
You will be supporting teams across the patch in varying capacities from short holiday cover to longer term project work to improve food quality or service, you will be adaptable and challenge normal procedure. Your responsibilities will include:

Proven experience in a chef manager role.

Excellent creative culinary skills

Leadership and team management abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal relations skills

Proficiency in food cost management

Knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations

Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
