We currently have Operating Centres across Northern Ireland and Ireland, with further plans for expansion. McCulla has over 300 employees working across our Transport, Warehousing, Customs and Green Bioenergy Operations. There is an ever-growing modern fleet consisting of over 120 vehicles and 200 trailers operating our just in time service with environmental sustainability at the forefront of everything we do and making us unique in the market for our customers.

Are you a seasoned Class 1 Driver looking for a role that offers more than just the "standard" motorway haul? We are looking for professional, high-calibre drivers to join our team servicing a premier supermarket contract. This isn't just a driving job, it’s a vital role keeping the community fed and the shelves stocked.

About The Role

The Benefits

Earn £18.39 per hour on weekdays and £21.63 on weekends.
Boost your take-home pay with our Weekend Premium and a dedicated 6th-day bonus payment.
We offer Full-Time and Part-Time roles across both Day and Night shifts.
Predictable Routine: Shifts average approximately 10 hours, helping you plan your life outside of the cab.

What We’re Looking For

To maintain our high standards of service, we require:

A minimum of 2 years of Class 1 driving experience.
A professional "can-do" attitude toward multidrop store deliveries.
Reliability and a commitment to safety on the road.

C+E Licence
Fridge experience
1 year driving experience
Good Geographical experience of NI/ROI
