Due to continued growth, Oakleaf Forestry is looking for a CNC Plasma Operator to join our expanding production team in Portadown. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys precision work, takes pride in quality and wants to be part of a modern engineering environment supporting bespoke manufacturing projects across the forestry and transport industries.
The Role
You’ll play a key part in the production process, operating CNC plasma cutting machinery to produce high-quality steel components used in fabrication and bespoke machinery builds.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating CNC plasma cutting machinery from technical drawings and cutting files
- Producing accurate, high-quality steel components
- Preparing and handling materials safely within the workshop
- Supporting the fabrication and production teams with ongoing projects
- Assisting with workshop organisation and maintaining a clean working environment
