Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive After Sales Support Coordinator to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients after a sale has been completed, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Your energetic approach and exceptional communication skills will drive customer loyalty, resolve issues swiftly, and support the seamless delivery of post-sales services. Duties

Manage and respond promptly to customer inquiries related to after-sales services via phone, email, or company after sales portal.
Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate timely resolution of customer issues, including product returns, repairs, or account adjustments.
Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track interactions, update customer records, and analyze service trends.
Provide detailed analysis of customer feedback and service data to identify areas for process improvement.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, ensuring they are informed of service procedures and timelines.
Support the onboarding of new clients by explaining post-sales processes and available support resources.
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Experience

Some experience in after-sales support, customer service, or related roles within the automotive services, construction equipment industry or similar sectors.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and empathetically.
Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret customer data, identify patterns, and recommend improvements.
Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with financial services products or processes is highly desirable but not mandatory.
