Full job description

DoubleTree by Hilton is a renowned hotel chain committed to providing exceptional guest experiences through comfort, service, and wellness. Our mission is to create welcoming environments where guests can relax and feel valued.

We are looking for a confident and motivated Head Therapist to take the lead in developing two treatment rooms within an established leisure hotel.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership, build a strong treatment-led business, and help shape the future of the facility.

About the role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of two treatment rooms, delivering high-quality treatments and helping to grow treatment sales.

The role would suit an experienced therapist who is ready to step up, take control, and develop a professional and welcoming treatment offer for hotel guests, leisure members and local customers.

Key responsibilities

Deliver a range of high-quality treatments
Manage the smooth running of the treatment rooms
Help grow treatment bookings and revenue
Create a welcoming and professional guest experience
Support retail sales where appropriate
Keep treatment rooms clean, organised and fully stocked
Help develop treatment menus, packages and offers
Build strong relationships with hotel guests, leisure members and local customers
Maintain high standards of service, presentation and professionalism

What we are looking for

A qualified and experienced therapist
Someone confident in delivering treatments to a high standard
A friendly, professional and positive person
Good organisation and communication skills
Commercial awareness and an interest in growing the business
Someone who can work independently and take ownership
Previous senior therapist or head therapist experience would be helpful, but is not essential

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £15.00 per hour
