Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our organisation. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. Fluency in multiple languages, including Spanish and English, is highly desirable. The position is paid and suitable for candidates eager to develop their career in customer service.

Duties

Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and courtesy.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services, addressing customer needs effectively.
Conduct data entry tasks to update customer records accurately within the company database.
Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints promptly.
Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to enhance customer experience and maximise sales.
Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
Analyse customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and suggest improvements.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery across all channels.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or a related role is preferred but not essential.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
Multilingual abilities, especially fluency in Spanish and English, are highly advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner.
Ability to demonstrate analysis skills for assessing customer needs and providing suitable solutions.
Experience in upselling products or services is a plus.
Organised, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
A positive attitude with a genuine desire to assist customers effectively.
