Full job description

*Reports to:* Restaurant Manager

*Employment type:* Full-time / Part-time

*Key Responsibilities*

- Deliver food from the kitchen pass to the correct tables promptly and accurately

- Check dishes match tickets and presentation standards before delivery

- Communicate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure smooth, timely service

- Assist with clearing tables and resetting for the next guests

- Support servers during busy periods as needed

- Report any delays or issues to the kitchen or management immediately

*Requirements*

- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not essential

- Ability to stay organised and calm during high-volume service

- Good communication skills and a team-first attitude

- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

## Food Expeditor (Expo)

*Reports to:* Head Chef / Restaurant Manager

*Employment type:* Full-time

*Key Responsibilities*

- Coordinate the pass between kitchen and front-of-house, ensuring orders go out correctly and on time

- Check every dish for accuracy, presentation, and quality before it leaves the kitchen

- Call and time orders to keep courses synchronised for each table

- Communicate order modifications, allergens, and special requests clearly to the kitchen

- Track ticket times and flag delays to the Head Chef

- Liaise with food runners and servers to ensure smooth delivery to guests

*Requirements*

- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen or FOH coordination role

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

- Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure

- Good understanding of food safety and allergen procedures

- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: £12.71-£15.68 per hour
