About Us We are a fast-growing, premium private health and performance clinic located inside the iconic Dance City building in the heart of Newcastle. We reject the traditional, reactive "sick care" model in favour of proactive, life-affirming physical optimisation. Our facility serves an elite community of high-performing individuals, athletes, creative professionals, and corporate partners who value movement, longevity, and peak vitality.
We operate as a high-agency Limited Liability Partnership (LLP). We do not have layers of corporate bureaucracy or a 100-page manual to follow—we are actively scaling, moving fast, and building the future of proactive health. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, driven professional to join our ground floor and work directly with the founding partners to run our public operations and build our commercial footprint.
The Role: "Offence" over "Defence" This is not a traditional, passive administrative or receptionist job. We are not looking for a data-entry clerk to sit defensively behind a desk waiting for the phone to ring.
We are looking for a "Striker"—a core operational team member who acts as the primary brand ambassador, front-of-house vibe architect, and outbound business development driver.
Your Core Objectives:
- Front of House Leadership: Own the public clinic space. Ensure every client experiences elite, high-vibe hospitality from the moment they walk through our doors.
- Commercial Conversion: Proactively manage our communication channels to seamlessly convert inbound leads and digital enquiries into high-value, multi-week elite treatment packages.
- Outbound B2B Partnership Hunting: Build deep referral bridges within the local community. You will use a dedicated business development budget to identify, map, and approach local corporate offices, performing arts groups, and industry gatekeepers (taking decision-makers for coffee/lunch) to lock in recurring corporate partnerships.
- High Agency Momentum: Maximise quieter clinic hours to mine old leads, re-engage lapsed clients, optimise front-of-house systems, and research regional growth opportunities. You treat the business with the pride and agency of an owner.
What We Offer Real Living Wage Guarantee: We are committed to fair, premium compensation. This role pays £13.45 per hour, sitting comfortably above the government statutory minimum. Protected 35-Hour Week: A full-time salary block without the standard 40+ hour hospitality burnout. We respect your physical energy and work-life balance.
Elite Foundational Career Trajectory: This is not a temporary stepping stone. We are looking for a long-term core teammate who wants to master this position and eventually step up to run business development or clinic operations as our brand footprint scales over the next 5 years.
Direct Mentorship: Work hand-in-hand with the founding partners and our mentorship team, gaining unvarnished exposure to commercial strategy, high-end sales execution, and boutique business scaling.
Preferred Experience & Characteristics An early-career background in premium customer-facing hospitality, luxury retail, promotional/event operations, boutique fitness, or active student leadership. High social stamina and a magnetic physical presence—you genuinely enjoy commanding a room and connecting with diverse groups of people.
Commercial courage. You are completely comfortable discussing financial commitments, confidently handling pricing objections, and navigating premium service positioning.
Extreme comfort with ambiguity. You are excited by a blank canvas and love the challenge of "figuring things out as we go" alongside the partners.
Excellent logistical organisation, verbal clarity, and basic digital capability.
Shift Structure & Location Fully on-site at Dance City, Newcastle upon Tyne.
A flexible 35-hour week. Due to the nature of performing arts and our exploration of the physiotherapy market, there may be weekend or evening work. Currently we operate 9-5, M-F.
