Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. This role requires a blend of creative flair, strategic thinking, and excellent organisational skills. The Marketing Executive will work closely with various departments to manage campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives. Strong communication skills and proficiency in digital marketing tools are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to target audiences, including B2B marketing initiatives.
Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content and analysing engagement metrics to optimise campaigns.
Oversee SEO optimisation and utilise Google Ads to increase online visibility and lead generation.
Coordinate and manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and effective messaging.
Utilise WordPress and Adobe Photoshop to create compelling web content and visual materials.
Analyse website traffic using Google Analytics, providing insights to improve digital performance.
Manage project timelines effectively, ensuring all marketing activities are delivered on schedule.
Lead copywriting efforts for marketing collateral, advertisements, and digital content.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with management on strategic planning and report on campaign performance using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience

Proven experience in management, project management, and social media management within a marketing environment.
Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Email marketing, and B2B marketing strategies.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with excellent analysis skills.
Demonstrated ability in copywriting, content creation, and digital campaign optimisation.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
Leadership qualities with experience in team coordination or supervision preferred.
