As we scale through organic growth and acquisitions, we are seeking an experienced People & Training Lead to strengthen our People function, assist with training and development across the Group, and play a key role in TUPE and integration activity.
The Role
As People & Training Lead, you will be a hands‑on people leader responsible for supporting the People and Training strategy across the business. You will ensure that training, development, compliance, and people processes are effective, consistent, and scalable, while supporting the business through periods of change, including TUPE transfers and business acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the People and Training strategy in partnership with the People and Training Team, ensuring activity supports business growth, acquisitions, TUPE integration, project delivery, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee records across the Reeves Group and the mergers and acquisitions process.
- Play a key role in the people workstream for acquisitions and TUPE transfers, including due diligence, consultation support, employee communications, onboarding, integration planning, and ensuring legal compliance and a positive employee experience.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers, supporting performance management, employee relations, and people decision-making.
- Coordinate core People operations, including inductions, probations, performance management, sickness data and administration.
- Support wider People projects and systems, management applications, SharePoint, and project documentation.
- Assist in the delivery of training and development activity, including Adviser training, qualifications, monitoring and measuring of training success and overall capability uplift across the business.

Experience
- Experience in a generalist HR / People role, including training and development.
- Demonstrable experience supporting TUPE transfers, including due diligence, consultation support, and onboarding.
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations.
- Background in a regulated or professional services environment (financial services desirable but not essential).
Qualifications (not essential)
- CIPD Level 3 or above (or equivalent experience).
- TUPE / employment law training or formal HR certification.
