Full job description

About the Role

As a Nurse with Careline Lifestyles, you will:

Provide high-quality nursing and holistic care to service users based on comprehensive care needs assessments
Develop strong therapeutic relationships with service users to assess, plan, implement, and review care plans and nursing interventions
Evaluate and reassess the quality of care regularly to meet the changing needs of service users
Review medications, ensuring documentation is updated and all actions are taken in a timely manner
Administer medications and maintain accurate records for each service user
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and clinical areas
Collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings with a wide range of professionals
Adhere to NMC codes of conduct, Scope of Practice, and home policies and procedures

Weekends £21.95 p/h

What You Need

Qualified & registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD)
A passion for providing compassionate, high-quality care
At least 1 year of experience as a registered nurse
NMC registration (required)
