About You

About the Role

As a Senior Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for handling a wide range of enquiries from clients, supporters and colleagues across multiple channels, including telephone and email.

You'll provide accurate information, practical support and effective solutions, ensuring every interaction delivers a positive customer experience. You'll also take ownership of more complex or sensitive enquiries, using your judgement and experience to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Working as part of a collaborative and supportive team, you'll contribute to service improvements, share knowledge and help maintain the high standards of customer care that our clients and supporters expect from PDSA.

You'll Bring

Previous experience in a customer service, contact centre or customer-facing role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience handling sensitive or challenging customer conversations.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
Good attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills.
Confidence using multiple systems and managing a varied workload.
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
A commitment to delivering excellent customer service and achieving performance objectives.
