Senior Waiting Staff – Hospitality & Guest Experience

Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available

We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic and hospitality-focused people to join our team. Experience within restaurants, bars or hospitality would be an advantage, but attitude, personality, reliability and a genuine passion for looking after people are equally important.

We particularly welcome applications from experienced hospitality professionals and mature candidates who enjoy working with people and take pride in delivering exceptional service.

The Role

You will play an important role in creating the Rosa Twelve guest experience from arrival through to departure.

Working alongside our management, bar and kitchen teams, you will help deliver warm, professional and attentive hospitality while contributing to the atmosphere, energy and reputation of the venue.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and professionally
Deliver exceptional food and drink service
Take pride in creating memorable guest experiences
Build rapport with regular and returning guests
Assist with restaurant, bar and event service
Promote venue events, offers and future bookings where appropriate
Support private functions, celebrations and special occasions
Help maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and professionalism
Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service
Anticipate guest needs and provide assistance before being asked

Ability to remain calm and organised during busy periods

Experience in restaurant service, bar service, hospitality, events or customer service would be beneficial, but we are happy to develop the right individuals who demonstrate enthusiasm, personality and a willingness to learn.
