Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Lunchtime Support Associate to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional assistance to our Early Years Practitioners and the children in our care. The ideal candidate will be proactive, good at cleaning, organised, and possess excellent communication skills. This paid position offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills within a dynamic environment, supporting organisational success and growth.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to requests offering professional assistance.
Assist with the preparation, serving and cleaning up of spaces.
Maintain accurate records of food served.
Collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
Support with the children with allergies.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes by suggesting enhancements.
Follow organisational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional manner.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Previous experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
Proficiency in record keeping.
Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently.
A proactive attitude with cleaning and attention to detail.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and organisational needs.
