We specialise in dedicated IT Project Management and Consultancy Services across a broad range of clients and industry sectors. This rewarding role places you at the heart of client engagements, working directly with stakeholders to drive meaningful change.
What you'll be doing
- Defining scope, managing change, and applying analytical challenge to business requirements
- Requirements gathering — As-Is and To-Be process mapping
- Running client interviews, stakeholder workshops, and facilitated sessions
- Maintaining process flow diagrams, business requirements, and project documentation
- Undertaking process and functional efficiency reviews with actionable recommendations
- Defining and managing business and systems requirements
- Producing progress reports and executive-level communications
- Supporting design, testing, and implementation of new processes and systems
- Advising clients on the strategic impact of emerging technologies
- Conducting feasibility studies incorporating cost-benefit analysis
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to clarify requirements and scope
- Working closely with clients to implement and embed new systems successfully
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years' experience as a Business Analyst, Management Consultant, or Analyst Programmer in IT
- Proven track record delivering complex technical or transformation projects
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Lean, SDLC, and Kanban methodologies
- Familiarity with the Product Development Lifecycle
- Natural facilitation skills — able to lead workshops and bring stakeholders together
- Experience supporting Product Owners to ensure delivery generates organisational value
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage key client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for varied audiences
- Sharp analytical capability to identify meaningful process improvements
- Confidence collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners
