Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Energy Consultants and Lead Generators to join our team at Eco Energy. This role involves engaging with clients to promote energy solutions, analysing their needs, and providing tailored advice to optimise energy consumption. The successful candidate will play a vital part in expanding our client base and delivering sustainable energy options. experience with B2B sales are highly desirable, as is familiarity with Salesforce. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth within a forward-thinking organisation committed to sustainability and innovation.

Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients through B2B sales channels to promote energy products and services
Analyse clients’ energy usage patterns and identify opportunities for optimisation
Develop customised energy solutions based on client requirements and industry best practices
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting benefits and features
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic sales approaches and improve service delivery
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and new product offerings in the energy sector

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the energy or utilities sector
Strong analysis skills to interpret data and advise clients effectively
Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM software
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging a wide range of stakeholders
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development and problem-solving
Ability to work independently whilst contributing effectively within a team environment

Pay: £25,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
