Operations Process Specialist (12 Month - MAT Cover)

Quorum Business Park, Longbenton - NE12 8BU

Salary: £27,000 per annum + Performance based bonus (pro-rated based on part time hours)

Working hours: Part Time, 22.5 hours per week, shift pattern between 8am – 5.30pm Monday-Friday

Holidays: 21 days plus bank holidays increases to 23 days plus bank holidays after 1 years’ service (Pro Rated)

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Process Specialist to join our Operations Training, Quality Assurance and Process Governance Team. This role will suit someone who is motivated and looking for an exciting new opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Create and maintain H2G’s and Knowledge Management resources: You will lead in maintaining and enhancing our internal Knowledge Hub, creating engaging articles, step by step user guides and additional resources to provide frontline teams with the knowledge they need to provide the best customer experience
Create internal communications: You will support with the creation of internal communications to help cascade key operational messages to our frontline teams
Enhancing User Experience: Monitor and review departmental performance to identify opportunities to enhance processes and/or knowledge management

Excellent Written Communication Skills: You have exceptional written skills including high accuracy regarding spelling, grammar and punctuation
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail with ability to proof-read and identify errors
Ability to Work at Pace: You can manage multiple projects at one time, without compromising quality of work. Understanding the importance of meeting deadlines and highlighting risks where necessary
Excellent Stakeholder Engagement and Problem-Solving Skills: You’re a clear communicator, building effective relationships with peers and key stakeholders, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
Collaborative Spirit: You’re a team player who actively contributes ideas and expertise to help achieve our goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience
