We pride ourselves on a down-to-earth, team-driven culture where staff are encouraged to collaborate across departments. Due to exceptional business growth, we are creating a new role for a Social Media Executive to elevate our brand presence across all digital platforms.
The Role
We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Executive with minimum two years of experience in a similar role to take full ownership of our social media channels. This individual will be responsible for content creation, community management, and performance analysis to strengthen the dealership’s digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Develop and execute an organic content strategy, including images, videos, and evergreen posts.
- Schedule and maintain a structured content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
- Respond to customer enquiries, comments, and reviews across all social platforms in a professional and engaging manner.
- Identify and establish collaborations with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Analyse social media performance, track key metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and guidelines of Croxdale Motor Group and the manufacturers we represent.
Candidate Requirements
- Two years of experience in a social media management role.
- A strong interest in the automotive industry.
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling content, including graphic design and video editing.
- Excellent command of written English (A-Level standard or higher) or a media-related qualification.
- Experience with content creation tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and CapCut, as well as AI-powered editing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and refine content strategies.
- A collaborative approach and ability to work across multiple departments.
