Trinity Therapy is a multidisciplinary health clinic combining osteopathy and high-quality Pilates (both Mat and Reformer).
Because many of our clinic patients transition into our Pilates classes, we pride ourselves on a highly clinical, attentive approach. We pay close attention to special populations, injury rehabilitation, and clinical conditions, ensuring every movement is safely modified to meet our clients' individual needs.
The Role
We are looking for a passionate, qualified Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our team.
In this role, you won't just be running generic classes; you will be delivering mindful, clinical-focused Reformer sessions. You will work closely with our clinical team to support clients recovering from injuries, managing chronic conditions, or simply looking to build strength safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead small-group Reformer Pilates classes.
- Tailor, scale, and modify exercises on the spot to accommodate injuries, and clinical conditions.
- Maintain a welcoming, supportive, and professional class environment.
- Communicate with our clinical team regarding client progress or specific care plans when needed.
- This role is to cover existing evening classes, therefore the ideal candidate must be able to work evenings.
About You
- Qualified: Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor and insured (essential).
- Knowledgeable: A strong understanding of anatomy, injury modification, and special populations.
- Caring & Professional: Excellent communication skills with an empathetic approach to client care.
- Team Player: Happy to work alongside osteopaths and therapists to provide a seamless experience for our clients.
