The Role
As a Client Services Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring every client journey runs smoothly from initial enquiry through to ongoing service.
Working closely with our advisers and paraplanning team, you’ll coordinate client meetings, oversee new business, maintain accurate records, communicate proactively with clients and providers, and ensure every detail is delivered to the highest possible standard.
You’ll become someone our advisers rely upon, our clients trust, and our wider team values.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be responsible for:
· Delivering a first-class experience for every client from onboarding through to ongoing reviews.
· Managing adviser diaries and coordinating client appointments.
· Acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation of recommendations.
· Preparing meeting packs and documentation to ensure advisers are fully prepared.
· Managing new business submissions from start to finish, liaising with providers and keeping clients informed throughout.
· Maintaining accurate client records within Intelligent Office (IO).
· Ensuring all correspondence, documentation and regulatory requirements are completed accurately and on time.
· Working collaboratively across advisers, paraplanners and administrators to provide a seamless client experience.
· Supporting marketing activities, client events, and engagement initiatives.
· Mentoring and supporting junior members of the client services team.
· Maintaining the highest standards of compliance, professionalism, and continuous learning.
About You
You will likely have experience within a financial planning or wealth management business and understand what excellent client service really looks like.
You’ll also bring:
· Experience in a client services, practice management or administration role within financial services.
· Strong understanding of financial planning processes and FCA regulated environments.
· Outstanding organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Confidence managing multiple priorities without compromising quality.
· Experience using CRM systems such as Intelligent Office (or similar).
· A proactive mindset with the confidence to solve problems and take ownership.
· A genuine desire to help clients and support your colleagues.

· A competitive salary of up to £35,000 per annum, depending on your experience.
· A performance-related bonus of up to 20% of your annual salary, linked to both your individual contribution and the success of the business, reviewed quarterly following successful completion of your probation.
