Basil Fry & Company, part of Jensten are Hiring!

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Commercial Account Handler to join our established and supportive team in Leatherhead.

Working alongside our experienced brokers, you’ll play a key role in servicing new and existing commercial insurance clients, including major scheme-based clients.

What you will be doing

The role includes:

Managing renewals and mid-term adjustments
Obtaining and presenting competitive quotations
Building strong, long-term client relationships
Working closely with insurers and underwriters to deliver tailored solutions
Responding to client queries and ensuring accurate records
Handling invoicing and general policy administration

What you will bring:

At least 2 years’ General Commercial Insurance experience, ideally in Commercial Vehicles, Motor Fleet, Public Liability or Employers’ Liability
Has a confident telephone manner and strong customer service skills
Is organised, proactive and able to work effectively as part of a team
Acturis experience would be an advantage.
Has a genuine interest in developing a career in commercial insurance
CII study/progression is advantageous — and fully supported by us
