VACANCY Senior Lead GP

£13,526.50 per session

Hours:

Minimum 6 sessions per week

Newhaven Medical Practice, East Sussex (Hybrid and flexible working)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Senior Lead GP to join Newhaven Medical Practice, part of Sussex Primary Care.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our brand new surgery operating from a modern purpose-built premises while helping shape the future of patient care within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

As part of Sussex Primary Care, you will work within a collaborative organisation committed to innovation, service improvement and excellent clinical outcomes.

The Senior Lead GP plays a pivotal role in ensuring the service we provide is safe, that staff are well supervised, and the service continues to improve the quality of care for patients. MRCGP qualification.
GMC registration with a licence to practise.
Inclusion on the NHS National Performers List.
Excellent clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and leadership skills.

An interest in clinical leadership, service transformation and multidisciplinary working.
