NHSE Workforce Training and Education Directorate (WT&E) is looking to recruit to the post of Dental Training Programme Director working across the East of England.
You will work as part of the regional East of England team. You will be required to carry out PG Centre visits across East of England, in person and remotely.
The post holders will work closely with the Regional Dean, Associate Deans and Office teams within WT&E.
Work in collaboration with Dental Deans, Associate Deans, Training Programme Directors and admin staff in delivering and improving upon Dental Education programmes
Quality Management of Early Years dental education for delegated schemes within the East of England region.
To monitor the professional development of Core Dentists on the 24 month DFT schemes and report this to the regional Associate Dean .
To ensure that this quality management processes conforms to guidance
To organise placements and study events for the Dental Core element of the 24 month Dental Foundation Schemes in East of England
