Full job description

W13 Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Tradespeople / Multi Traders to join our expanding team, supporting ongoing refurbishment and development projects across residential and commercial properties.

We are seeking reliable operatives with a strong all-round trade background who can confidently carry out a variety of site works and contribute to high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out a range of multi-trade works across site
Supporting refurbishment and fit-out projects
Completing repairs, maintenance, and finishing works
Working alongside site teams and specialist trades
Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

Ideal Candidate

Experience as a Multi Trader / Multi-Skilled Tradesperson / General Builder
Skilled across multiple trades (e.g. carpentry, plastering, general building works)
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in maintenance or a trade
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and work quality
Reliable and professional attitude
Full UK driving licence
Multi-trade experience
