About Keynetics

Keynetics provides secure key management technology used by commercial customers across sectors including security, facilities management, retail, banking and property.

Our SentriGuard system combines a secure key safe, management platform and mobile app to help customers control property access, reduce unnecessary travel, and keep accurate records of who accessed a site and when.

We are a small team, so reliability, accuracy and follow-through matter.

The role

We are looking for a Customer Support & Operations Administrator to support customers and help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

This is an office-based role in Malvern. You will be handling customer calls and emails, updating internal systems, supporting quotations and job information, and helping customers use our products correctly.

This role would suit someone who enjoys customer service, is comfortable using computer systems, and takes pride in getting details right.

It is not a high-volume call-centre sales role, and it is not a travelling field engineer role. There may be occasional customer or site support after training, but the main role is office-based customer support and operations administration.

What you will do

Answer incoming customer calls and emails professionally
Provide first-line support for our products and systems; full training provided
Log calls, updates and actions accurately in internal systems
Maintain customer, device and job records
Support scheduling and coordination of installations or maintenance visits
Prepare and issue basic quotations and customer information
Follow up open actions so that customer issues do not drift
Escalate technical or operational issues clearly to the right person
Work closely with colleagues in operations, customer support and field installation

What we need from you

Previous experience in customer service, administration, support, retail service, trade counter, helpdesk, scheduling or a similar role
Confident and professional telephone manner
Good written communication
Comfortable using email, online systems, apps and basic spreadsheets
Strong attention to detail
Able to follow a process and keep accurate records
Calm and practical when dealing with customer issues
Reliable, punctual and willing to work as part of a small team
Able to work from our Malvern office Monday to Friday

Useful but not essential

Experience in technical support, service coordination, facilities, security, property, logistics, automotive service or field-service administration
Full UK driving licence
Interest in technology, security products or operational systems

Recruitment process

The process will include a short telephone screen, an interview, and a practical customer-support exercise. The exercise is designed to show how you handle customer information, written communication and attention to detail.
