Telesales / Lead Generation Executive – New Business - £45,000 - £50,000 Office Based in Portsmouth.

We are currently seeking a highly driven Telesales / Lead Generation executive to enhance our market presence and grow our customer base.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be an important member of our internal sales team, responsible for driving company growth by generating sales leads for our Business Development Executives.

You will be responsible for identifying decision makers within prospect organisations through online research and securing leads that meet predetermined targets based on sector and location. You will be expected to establish a robust sales pipeline and achieve 40+ appointments per month for our Business Development team.

Your role will also include accurately inputting data into our CRM system, ensuring timely follow ups, meeting your agreed KPIs, participating in Sales meetings and collaborating with the sales team to reach the growth targets for new business.

YOU

You will:

Be an ambitious, Telemarketer/ Lead Generator or similar, with experience in cold calling and a strong track record of success.
Be a highly motivated individual with excellent communication, in addition to strong influencing and networking skills.
Possess a strong desire for success and be committed to do the work necessary to achieve results.
Be a self-disciplined, confident decision maker who takes full responsibility for their own performance.
Be resilient with a positive ‘can do’ attitude to your job and be results-oriented.
Be willing to continually grow, develop and learn new skills.
Excel at finding new opportunities
Be able to build rapport and relationships with ease and be confident in communicating with all levels of potential customers.
Be a committed team player, with a high attention to detail.
Be able to hit agreed targets, and where possible, exceed them.
Be able to actively listen, allowing you to analyse prospective customer needs, determine client requirements and ascertain potential solutions.
Be a strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities.
Possess working knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Office and CRM software.
