Full job description

At Williamson & Co, we believe property is about people first. Whether we're helping a landlord grow their portfolio or guiding a tenant into their next home, we believe that every interaction matters.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an organised, proactive Property Administrator/ Lettings Coordinator to become the backbone of our lettings team.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting the day-to-day running of our busy lettings department
Coordinating maintenance, contractors and compliance
Liaising with landlords, tenants and suppliers
Preparing tenancy paperwork and managing administration
Keeping systems accurate and up to date
Helping ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience from start to finish

Salary

Salary dependent on experience, working pattern and responsibilities.
