Job Title: Food & Bar Associate
Department: ICC Wales Operations
Contract Type: Permanent
Rate of Pay: £12.72 per hour + great benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours
Location: ICC Wales, Newport

As a Food & Bar Associate, you’ll bring our “Yes, We Can” service philosophy to life, creating exceptional experiences for thousands of guests.

What You’ll Do
Provide warm, professional service across bars, banqueting and event spaces.
Prepare, serve and clear food & beverage efficiently and to high standards.
Support event set‑ups, ensuring areas are clean, stocked and ready for service.
Handle guest enquiries with confidence, care and a can‑do mindset.
Work closely with the wider operations team to deliver seamless events.
Maintain excellent presentation, hygiene and safety standards at all times.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Reliable, organised and comfortable in a fast‑paced, event‑driven environment.
Experience in F&B is helpful, but full training is provided.
