Fundamental Football Academy (FFA) is a private football coaching centre driven by a genuine passion for player development and purposeful coaching. We adopt a player-centred approach, offering personalised support that nurtures the individual growth of every child.

Role Available
Academy Head Coach
- Deliver high quality structured & engaging sessions, representing FFA’s ethos and values.
- Collaborate with your Academy Lead and Assistant Coach to maintain standards.
- Build strong relationships with players and parents.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and colleagues.
- Contribute to a positive, supportive learning environment
What We’re Looking For
We're looking for a dependable, consistent, and passionate coach who are genuinely invested in child development and ready to uphold our values on and off the pitch.
Ideal Qualities & Experience:
- Minimum FA Level 1 in Coaching Football (Level 2 / UEFA C or Above preferred)
- At least 2 years’ experience coaching children aged 6 - 13.
- Valid Enhanced DBS,Safeguarding, and First Aid certifications
- Confident communicator with excellent planning and organisation skills
- A background in sport, education, or youth work is a plus
- Driving licence and own transport preferred
