We are looking for a friendly experienced Painter/Decorator who takes pride in their work and able to hit the ground running.

We need someone to start Immediately who is reliable and actively looking for work.

Our Reputation is extremely important to us. It is vital that applicants are well presented, have a great work ethic and ensure that any finished work is left to an excellent standard, tidy, clean and with excellent presentation.

See below for the desired and essential skills we require:

ESSENTIAL:
- Experienced Painter/Decorator
- Own Vehicle & Driving Licence

DESIRED:
- Experience working for a Council/Housing Association
- Handyman / Other Trades Experience

Benefits:

- £160 Per Day (Paid Weekly (Fridays))
- £20 per Day Fuel Allowance Paid
- Parking Paid for (Not Fines)

IMPORTANT NOTE RE PAY:
Payments are Subject to CIS Deductions (30% - Not registered, 20% Registered or 0% - Gross Payment Status)
EG (20% CIS): Weekly Pay = £160 x 5 = £800. Minus 20% (£160) = £640.00 Take Home Pay/Paid (Remaining £160/20% is paid direct to HMRC)
Any Adjustments required/overpayments etc are worked out on your annual Personal Self Assessment/Return
