Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Beauty therapist /Nail Technician who has previously worked within the Salon environment to join our small team. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional beauty and nail services, ensuring clients leave feeling pampered and satisfied. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills in a friendly and welcoming environment, contributing to our reputation for outstanding customer care. The position involves providing customised treatments, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and building customer relashionships.

Duties

Experience with nail treatments is essential for this role to include gel and Biab products as this is a large part of our salon business.
Ideally 2-3 years experience is required for this role.
Beauty treatments to include waxing and lash and brow services
Maintain cleanliness and sterilisation of all tools and workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations
Build strong rapport with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimise client flow and minimise wait times
Ensure all treatments are performed to the highest professional standards, adhering to salon policies

Qualifications

Proven 2 - 3 years experience as a Beauty Therapist or Nail Technician with relevant certifications or qualifications
Competency in Gel Polish and Biab essential for this role
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide personalised advice
Organised with the ability to manage time efficiently during busy periods
A friendly demeanour with a passion for delivering outstanding client care
Ability to work a late evening and Saturday essential for this role.
