Full job description

You will be processing subcontractor invoices and certificates and assisting the accounts team with the Purchase Ledger, looking after your own portfolio of suppliers.

Duties to include:

Entering subcontractor certificates on to Coins

Checking timesheets and pay rates to invoices

Process CIS returns

Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and site staff

Reconciling Statements

Setting up monthly payment runs

Assisting with filing and any administration work within the team

Experience of using Coins highly desirable.

Knowledge of CIS tax highly desireable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £27,500.00 per year
