Job Overview
shift patterns 11.30-17:00/17:00-close and/or long days. Flexible days, including weekends. The right candidate must have the autonomy to be able to work on their own if required.

We are seeking a friendly and professional individual to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role involves providing attentive service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. Previous bar and restaurant experience and knowledge of food safety standards are essential. The successful applicant will be responsible for creating memorable experiences while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and take accurate orders
Serve food and beverages courteously, ensuring presentation standards are met
Assist guests with special requests and dietary requirements
Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities
Clear tables promptly and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
Handle payments accurately using the POS system
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
Provide personalised guest services to enhance overall satisfaction

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is required
Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities
Ability to handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour
Basic maths skills for bill calculation and cash handling
Experience with guest services and upselling techniques is advantageous
Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
