The Role
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient, cost-effective, and timely transportation of goods from suppliers across Asia to our 3PL partners in the UK and EU.
This role focuses on optimising end-to-end supply chain performance by coordinating container loading, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and onward delivery. The Logistics Coordinator will work closely with the Moose MFE team, freight forwarders, and 3PL providers to maintain high service standards, minimise delays, and control costs, while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with agreed service levels.
A key objective of the role is to proactively identify and manage supply chain risks, implement contingency plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to support business growth.
What We’re Looking For
✦Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
✦Strong analytical, problem-solving, coordination and organisational skills within a fast-paced environment
✦Strong communicator, able to liaise effectively across teams
✦Brings a positive, team-first attitude, driven by curiosity and a proactive approach to ongoing learning and continuous development
Nice to have:
✦Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and international shipping documentation.
✦Proven experience in international logistics and freight management, preferably with Asia–Europe trade lanes would be highly desirable.
✦Experience using a logistics software.
