Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting the overall smooth operation of the kitchen. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and presentation.
Assist in the organisation and management of specific sections within the kitchen, such as fish, meat, or pastry.
Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly adhered to at all times.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests.
